COVID-19 Vaccination Booking Guide 新型コロナワクチン接種予約 (英語)

Be sure to check the following details before booking your vaccine appointment.

Currently, only those 85 years old and above who have received the vaccine coupons can book appointments

・You can book an appointment once the vaccine coupon has been mailed to you. Please have the coupon on hand when you make the booking.

・You might not be able to book a slot if the alloted vaccines for this batch run out. In such circumstances, we seek your patience in waiting for the next batch of vaccines.

The current vaccination venues that have been prepared are as follows:
Mass vaccination venues （Komatsu Civic Center 市民センター、Daiichi Community Center 第一コミュニティセンター、Komatsu Dome こまつドーム）

※For the start date & booking procedures for private vaccination (at medical facility), please refer to the guide (ご案内) enclosed with the vaccine coupon.

Important Points to Note

Regarding 1st and 2nd Vaccine Bookings

・The bookings for the first and second doses are processed separately. Confirm that you have chosen the correct dosage when making your booking.

・Book your second dose only after receiving the first.

・An interval of at least 3 weeks is required between the two doses.
（You may book your second dosage from 21 days after the first (on the same day of the week)

For those receiving treatment for some condition (i.e taking medication)

・If you wish to vaccinate at a mass vaccination venue, be sure to receive examination and consultation from your regular doctor before vaccinating.
